Customs point
You must inform the assigned seller from PIATRAONLINE about the destination customs point (example: customs in Dover, UK) where import formalities are requested at the destination and we then send this information to the Romanian customs (we also pass this information on the final invoice ).
We will inform the shipping company (carrier) that it is mandatory to perform customs at the point of destination (point of entry into the country or point of destination, depending on the customs point indicated by you, as our customer).
You must pay the taxes at the stable and past customs point in Invoice and if somehow the carrier is accidentally at another customs point in the destination country, please DO NOT accept the order and contact us at +40318.222.333 or email office@piatraonline.co.uk which we mentioned above.
Important: After you have received the receipt of your goods / order, please send us the documents proving that you have paid the taxes and the delivery has been completed successfully.
