Features
Limestone is a sedimentary rock formed by calcites or dolomites and fossils of marine organisms. In terms of projects, limestone is the perfect material for both interior and exterior but also as an element of high-quality architectural interiors. Also known as “calcite”, the limestone and especially its Limra version displays a couple of interesting features:

- hardness (Mohs scale): 3
- water absorption (normal conditions): 4.11 %
- mechanical strength (compression): 39.62 – 44.6 MPa
- flexural strength (compression): 6.2 MPa

With a polished finish, Limra Limestone tiles have a large size, 60 x 60 x 2 cm, plus a pale beige shade. Another recommended option is Limra Brushed Limestone with 60 x 60 x 2 cm size.
