LTP Grimex is an intensive cleaner, recommended for natural flooring and cladding (marble, travertine, limestone, granite, slate onyx and sandstone), ceramic tiles, concrete, brick, terracotta and composite materials. It is efficient for removing stains from interior and exterior areas, any type of finish (polished, honed, brushed, splitfaced, flamed, sandblasted).
LTP Grimex is recommended as post construction cleaner and for cleaning surfaces before sealing.

Directions for use
You can use LTP Grimex undiluted or diluted with warm water. Always test on a lest visible area, before general application. Prepare a diluted solution of LTP Grimex and water, depending on surface’s degree of contamination.
Mild cases and absorbent tiles: dilute 1 part LTP Grimex in 10 parts warm water
Apply with a cloth or mop and wipe off carefully with a clean damp cloth.
More severe cases: dilute 1 part LTP Grimex in 3 parts warm water
Apply lavishly by spraying or pouring over the surface and spread it all over the surface. If surface is really dirty, agitate with a stiff brush. Leave for 5-10 minutes to react over the surface and keeping it wet by applying additional LTP Grimex solution. In the and, wash surface well with clean water and allow it to rest.
Extremely severe case: use undiluted and agitate with a scrubbing brush. Wash surfaces with plenty of clean water after use.
Coverage/consumption
Mild cases: 50 sqm / L (1:10 solution)
More severe cases: 20 sqm / L (1:3 solution)
Extremely sever case: 5-10 sqm / L (undiluted)
Storage: Store upright in a cool, dry, frost free place, in closed container.
Shelf life: up to 5 years, for unopened containers.
IMPORTANT: Product should not be used as everyday cleaner for previously sealed flooring or walls!
Cover and protect sensible areas (painted and sealed surfaces, untreated wood surfaces etc.)
