The surface it’s applied on: It can be used in humid or dry enclosures such as showers, kitchens, bathrooms, commercial areas as well as areas with high pedestrian traffic or heated floors.
Support preparation: The joints must be cleaned of dust and adhesive mortar. Before grouting it is recommended to wait 24 hours since cladding the walls or floors.
Method of work and preparation: Pour 5kg of Weber.Color Perfect in approx. 15 liters of water until you get a homogeneous, plastic, lump-free mortar. Homogenization can be achieved using an electric mixer or a trowel. After obtaining a homogeneous paste, leave it for 5 minutes, then mix again well.
The obtained mortar is applied in the open network of joints using a rubber trowel or squeegee. The excess material is removed with a damp sponge float. After an appropriate waiting time of about 5-10 minutes, depending on weather conditions on site, wash diagonally on the joint section with a wet sponge. Washing will be made so that the joints will remain closed and smooth.
Recommendations:
Freshly filled joints will be protected against direct sunlight, wind, rain and frost.
