Rock Face Airon Polygonal Tuff-Travertine is produced from a stone boulder by rough processing. Its back was cut to a smooth surface, for proper bonding to the substrate. The side faces can be more or less processed, to give that rough look. This type of finish is called Rock Face and is available for many stones. Stones such as marble, limestone, slate are preferred since those are not that hard and easier to process.
Area of use
Rock Face is suitable for interior and exterior cladding (facades, poles, home bases, fences, walls), fireplaces, decorative projects. Rock Face is also best suited for rustic and archaic decoration projects.
Installation
With its shape and the 5-7 cm thickness, the product can be glued with its back on the substrate, but also by stacking. Apply adhesive on the back with the “butter floating” procedure.
